Our Bluetooth Hearing Aid Kit is a powerful tool that gives those with hearing loss the ability to feed the audio from their walkie directly to their hearing aid, completely eliminating the need for an earpiece. A Bluetooth enabled adapter plugs in to the K1 accessory jack on your Black Diamond Radio (or other K1 unit) and pairs to both the included wireless PTT button and your hearing aid. Each unit has its own battery and can last up to 10 hours depending on usage.

Important information: This device is not compatible with all hearing aids. Some hearing aids may require the addition of a "pass-through" device that will bridge the connection between it and the hearing aids. This device does not send pairing or connection requests, it receives and automatically approves them. Check with your hearing aid manufacturer to determine the protocol your hearing aids use to pair to another device. Most importantly, know that we are very understanding of the difficulty of hearing loss and the challenge of finding a setup that works for you, so we are very lenient with the return policy on this device.
