We don't care what the failure is. Dropped it in a full sink, dropped it in the parking lot and someone ran it over, a dog chewed it up and now it won't power on... IT'S COVERED. Your budget isn't infinite, so when you buy a Black Diamond Radio you don't have "radio problems" - we do! For the first 2 years, we cover replacements and repairs so long as you can provide some semblance of a radio and a legible serial number.
