The Semi-Custom Skeleton is the most comfortable, versatile earmold design without taking impressions and making a custom mold. Skeleton style earmolds do not block your ear canal which allows you to hear normally from the ear that you use for your earpiece. This enables you to hear your customers or even answer the phone with the ear you use for your earpiece.
The Semi-Custom Skeleton Earpiece is made of hypo-allergenic medical grade silicone. Three specific sizes for your left or right ear are one step away from a true complete custom fit. Most women wear a small and most men wear a medium.

Good fit and works as described, but it becomes soft and eventually deteriorates. I have to change out about every 4-5 months.

Earpiece is great! I've had them before and love them, I couldn't remember what size I needed and got a size too small but that is my fault. I'll be ordering more of these things because they fit great, very comfortable and last a long time.

I work in a high-noise environment at a seafood processing plant where properly hearing my two-way radio under my hearing protection [ear muffs] is very important! As a line lead, I must communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance and fellow employees over the radio. The semi-custom ear mold that I purchased provides better sound quality than standard ear buds and it stays fixed in my ear and does not fall out. I order these ear molds on a regular basis and always keep an extra one on hand. [I usually replace the old one about every 6 to 8 months.] This is a great product that I highly recommend!
