One Warranty to Rule Them All
At Black Diamond Radio our primary goal is to provide businesses with quality walkies and top-level service. That's why our warranty is so excellent and one-of-a-kind. When we saw the warranties of the other manufacturers, we knew that it wasn't good enough for the average business user. Replacing failed equipment isn't just cost prohibitive, it's time consuming. As far as we can tell, every other manufacturer offers a "prove it was our fault" warranty. It only covers manufacturing defects, and even then they want proof it's a defect and not something the user did. 99% of the time they find a way to pin it on their customer, and that's just wrong. When you purchase a Black Diamond Radio system, unless they are lost or stolen, you have working radios for 2 years... period. Our warranty is this:
"If You Can Break It We Will Replace It"
What does that mean? For the first 2 years if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired we replace it. If the closing shift drops a radio in a mop bucket and the water kills it we replace it. If security gets in a scuffle and the radio gets flung and is damaged we replace. If you have some semblance of a radio with the serial number intact and it's under warranty we replace it. We openly challenge our competitors to match it... spoiler: they won't. They care more about revenue than their customer, and helping you will cost them money.

Words you will never ever see or hear at BDR. The chat on our website is manned by humans. The phones in our office are manned by humans. There is no "press 1 to do this press 3 to do that" and there never will be. Our high-noise earpieces allow the user to hold the mic 6 inches from their face and talk in a conversational tone. That's right, no yelling. No raising your voice. The user at the other end cannot hear the 18 inch P.A. speaker that's 30 feet away from you. They just hear your voice and understand what you're communicating.
