The Sentinel is a very reliable and extremely comfortable earpiece designed to be used with sterile gloves or full hands. This earpiece is exceptionally durable with Kevlar reinforced wire and stapled strain reliefs.

Featuring a large, front facing Push-to-Talk button that can be depressed with the inside of your wrist, the Sentinel allows the user to avoid contaminating sterile gloves, or even push-to-talk with full hands. Utilizing a sensitive and omni-directional microphone that doesn't need to be right in your face, the Sentinel will deliver fantastic performance with minimal effort. The wire between the radio and PTT is coiled, adding additional shock protection if the radio is dropped and making the cord more conducive to the movement of the user.

    have purchased their radios and headsets for over a decade now. Whenever I had a question I always got someone on the phone to help me out. They stand behind the warranty, too. One of the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. They exchanged, no questions asked.

    We made the jump to Black Diamond Radios and Custom Earpieces for our private dental practice in 2016 to elevate our intra-office communications. We haven't looked back since! We love the earpieces for ease of use while with patients! Patients always comment on how well our office flows and works together! Having to yell down the hallway for an assistant or to announce a phone call and also the constant hustle of trying to track a particular person down in a busy office is a thing of the past! (Thankfully!) Our office tried many radio systems and ear pieces before landing with our current system. This is by far the best quality, customer service and product! We keep coming back to add on to our system!
