Our screw-type black coiled tubes offer a superior solution to quick disconnect. The metal threaded connector is not only more durable than a plastic quick disconnect, but it's also much easier on the fingers to twist and remove. Because this version is black, pigmentation is not a factor, resulting in a stronger, longer lasting tube compared to clear tubes. All Black Diamond Radio earpieces use this screw type connector, so swapping tubes is a breeze with this product.

The coiled tube is good quality. I like that this company offers this in all black, so it is easier to stay hidden.

Very helpful
I was not sure if I needed a entirely new earpiece and radio connector or if I needed to just replace a part on mine. I spoke with a very helpful lady who listened to my issue suggested I just get a replacement part which was significantly cheaper. It worked and all is well! Very professional, easy to get a hold of, and knowledgeable.

Excellent product and customer service
Great replacement part. Works great and as expected. I received a notification with tracking #. Got notified by Post Office that it had been delivered. Never saw it in my mail box. I gave it 5 days, incase it was put in a neighbors mailbox instead. Called Custom Earpiece and informed them, and was told immediately that they would send out a replacement. It was shipped very quickly too. Not that this would be done with every item, but was a great Customer Relations move considering how fairly inexpensive the item was. I will definitely keep shopping with them, and expecially if I need more expensive items.

Great Customer Service
Fantastic product as always. I had actually screwed up my order. I ordered the product on a sunday and I called the next day to have it fixed. I spoke with a person not a machine when I called, he placced me on hold for about a min, fixed my mistake and I still recieved my order by Thursday. I love the customer service I recieve.
