The Tracker Listen Only Earpiece was designed with a 12" cord to make incoming transmissions on a shoulder mic, such as our Gardant, private. With the Tracker, only the radio user can hear incoming messages. In addition to privacy, it also provides the user with the ability to hear more clearly by putting near zero distance between the audio source and the user's ear, so you're less likely to miss a transmission in a loud environment. Like all of our earpieces, it has stapled strain relief and Kevlar reinforced wiring making it incredibly durable. Add a Semi-Custom Earmold to continue to hear your environment and maintain situational awareness, or a Sport Semi-Custom to block out surrounding noise.

Best service!!
I was looking for a durable earpiece and was tired of getting the junk off another popular online purchasing site Am***n. What I liked the best was 'REAL LIVE' customer support!!! I was actually shocked when 'Sabrina' came online and asked how she could help. The other main thing was a full coverage warranty for any failure. I'm a police officer and need my equipment to work. Quality Product
The first time there was a need for use of this type equipment was in 2015. I was directed to Black Diamond Radio for all my needs. I have found that these items have served me well and are still in service. I have tried other equipment from (from a site named after a river..lol) and found that I should not compromise. The other items lasted only a couple of months before falling apart. I highly recommend Black Diamond Radio for your Earpiece needs. I ordered more of the same items for backup.

Purchased Item / Customer Service
The earpiece works great. The ability to have the ear wig plugged directly into the handset greatly allows me and me only to hear what is coming in over my radio. Furthermore, the customer service was outstanding! I accidently ordered the wrong equipment and notified customer service. The representative that I spoke to provided free postage to return the product, sent out the correct equipment and then covered the cost. I haven't had this great of an experience with ordering products my entire life. Thank you guys.

A tremendous tool when securing your venue
I bought one a few months ago from our security director who bought a bulk of them at one time, somehow I lost mine. I was devastated. I looked at cheaper earpieces, but decided to buy the same brand I had lost. I got online and ordered and it was shipped immediately. I used it last night while securing the artist backstage. It is a great investment when working in security. It was comfortable in my ear and had tremendous clarity. I highly recommend The Tracker!
